Itachi Uchiha's story spans multiple stages, and this shirt's artwork covers all of them across a front chest detail and a full back graphic that together build a complete visual picture of the character.

The front of the shirt features a compact graphic on the left chest area. A flock of crows is illustrated in white silhouette, spread outward in a loose formation across the chest panel. At the center of the crow formation sits a Sharingan eye — on the black colorway it is rendered in red, and on the white colorway it appears in a teal-blue tone — placed precisely where the crows appear to be dispersing from. The crows are drawn in a detailed but small-scale style, with individual wing and body shapes visible despite the limited print area.
